Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The product must not be a final-sale or custom-built item.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship the item back at your expense (unless the item is defective).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

- Used or installed items
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
